CESCR annual national conference on Economic Social and Cultural rights @Blessings Awour “delayed justice is to deny people their rights “, @Her Lady Justice Zione Ntaba ” to deny people their rights is to challenge their very humanity( Nelson Mandela). Justice Ntaba added that it is very absurd that the majority specifically those in marginalized communities, women and the disadvantaged have their rights violated oftenly but have nowhere to run to because they have no voice, this has continuously crippled the African Justice system Access by the majority. We believe as EPHWOR that combined action and advocacy as we provide a platform for those in disadvantaged and marginalized communities is a way to solve this cause
