Today EPHWOR was represented at the book signing of “The patient” a book that details the medical/health sector of Uganda through the decades. It entails the sacrifice,Genius and the Greed in Uganda’s Healthcare system. The patient harnesses the multiple stories about Ugandans and their broken health system to deliver a powerful message on the urgent need for reform and Change.
The book points out, that there is a thin line between the health sector and politics. One cannot expect good health sector improvements and ignore politics, the two run hand in hand and affect each other in multiple ways.
