Empowerment is the process of becoming stronger and more confident especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights. This can only and only be attained through providing enablers and mentor support to targeted individuals. EPHWOR sought skilling to be a major enabler in ensuring that the local women, young women and girls and marginalized groups can be empowered through a financial boost for self-reliance. Changing the mindset should always be accompanied by enablers to ensure that targeted individuals do not reset after empowerment campaigns.
